Hotel Parnass - Zermatt

The amazing views of the Matterhorn from my balcony were lovely, especially at sunrise. The staff was cute, treating me like family and always ensuring my comfort. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of fresh fruits and pastries.

Bathroom size could be improved.

The view of the Matterhorn directly fom my room was amazing! The owner's personalized service was heartwarming. There was a room reservation mix-up I didn't expect 😅

The location in a peaceful area was unbeatable and there were a supermarket and a bakery nearby. Found Harry's Ski Bar with perfect drinks 900 feet away.

Silent and decent size room with nice balcony, very supportive staff. Awesome breakfast with Zermatt view, excellent service. Location short walk to the very centre, Sunnegga and all train.

The views from the rooms are fantastic, especially the sunrise on the Matterhorn, which adds a dramatic start to your day. The five-course dinner is notable, particularly the weekly meat fondue offering.

The bathroom in the Double Room is on the small side, which could be uncomfortable for larger guests. Early breakfast starts could improve the experience for those hitting the trails early, as options are limited for those with a tight schedule.

Zermatt's main attractions. And we loved the communal lounge. One small downside was a bit of noise from adjacent rooms due to thin walls.

The room offers a lovely view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is well-prepared and offered a variety of options, including fresh fruits and pastries. The room felt a bit cramped for two, and noise from nearby rooms occasionally disturbed my peace. The lack of a more substantial lobby area made it less inviting to hang out, especially after a day on the slopes.

the staff provided detailed ski app guidance and made my trip easy and fun. the bathroom door had a gap letting in light and cold air.

The location was perfect. Close to the main street and the train station. The view of the Matterhorn from my balcony was lovely. A very clean place.

great staff but cramped room

The staff was fantastic. They really took the time to assist us with the Matterhorn app so we could plan our visit perfectly with the weather. The recommendations for bars with a view were spot on. The mountain view from our room added a special touch to our stay.
